Include your Fiscal Codes, Invoice Numbers, Citation Numbers, and/or Maillog Numbers with all payments. Mail all other documents, such as bonds, to the Commission’s mailing address. Payments submitted via overnight mail, FedEx, or UPS will not be accepted.

REVISED FISCAL DIVISION HOURS OF OPERATION:

Effective November 30, 2026, the Maryland Public Service Commission’s Fiscal Division will be open to the public on Tuesdays and Thursdays ONLY from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.  Appointments are preferred and should be scheduled online 24 hours in advance so the Fiscal Division can properly prepare for your visit.

Credit card payments can be made over the phone Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The payment line number is 410-767-2276.

REVISED TRANSPORTATION DIVISION HOURS OF OPERATION:

Effective November 30, 2026, the Transportation Division will be open to the public on Tuesdays and Thursdays ONLY.  Appointments are encouraged; however, walk-ins are welcome during the hours listed below:

9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

The office will be closed for lunch from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Please plan your visit accordingly.
